Quality Management
Quality and long-term reliability of our products are the main objectives of our quality management.
We want to meet the ever growing quality demands all over the world not only today but also in the near and far future. Therefore we are working consequently according to the quality management norm DIN EN ISO 9001:2008.
In September 2001 we have been certified according to that norm for he first time; our recertification according to the new norm took place in September 2010. Since then, every year the recertification will be performed.
We are working hard to maintain and improve the high quality of our products. In this context we are focussing on the quality of our software products being first and foremost improved by our certified developers.
In order to keep our business processes continuous and transparent we are using MS Navision as our ERP-system. This tool enables us to improve our quality assurance and to guarantee delivery within the agreed time.

Because of permanent management review we are able to implement changes and improvements of our products promptly and efficiently and to alter processes and modes of operation whenever this is necessary.
With the assistance of our business partners we are conducting EMI testing of all products manufactures in series at NOFFZ. In addition to that, we are performing VDE and CE testing as well as burn-in tests, long-term and temperature testing.
At the very beginning of any project we are conducting a risk analysis of the future operational environment of the product by means of Safe Expert. Using and evaluating this analysis we are able to provide maximum security for the future operators of our products.
Since July, 2011 NOFFZ has been registered at the ear trust (recycling and disposal of electric and electronic waste), registration number WEEE-Reg.-Nr. DE 76734376.
