Therefore the demands towards suitable tester systems for those highly integrated products increase as well. Highly complicated products require complex and versatile tester systems that are flexible enough to be quickly adapted to constantly changing products, standards and models. To cope with these increasing demands, NOFFZ has developed the Universal Tester Platform (UTP). This innovative tester series is based on a modular concept, comprising an exchangeable framework for connecting devices under test, an individually configurable measurement hardware framework as well as a powerful and flexible software framework.
