
Introduction
The UTP9080 series is a versatile, extendable, universal test stand for ICT, functional testing and end-of-line tests of circuit boards. The boards under test can be connected one-sided, double-sided or step by step for multi-panel applications. Because of its automated feeder system, conveyor belt and interlocking, the system allows short tooling times and offers compatibility with all established tester systems.
At a fixed transportation height of 36.7“, the transportation width is variable, ranging from 1.97” to 15.75”. The integrated conveyor belt, which allows a transportation direction from left to right, is antistatic. By means of a knee lever mechanism, a screw drive and an AC servo drive an adjustable contacting stroke could be realized.
The upper and lower interfaces for the interchangeable fixture adapter each comprise 1.700 testing points and a user-defined number of pneumatic interface units that can be used instead of conventional interface units.
For the handover from the upper to the lower interface there are at most 680 testing points and also a user-defined number of pneumatic interface units. Altogether, it is possible to conduct tests with a maximum of 4080 testing points.
The outer dimensions are 29.92“ x 35.43” x 70.86” (L x W x H). The system weighs about 1190 lbs and requires a power supply of 3 x 400 V/AC, 50/60 Hz.

The system is equipped with the NOFFZ software framework, the NOFFZ SDR, measurement equipment based on PXI and all required customized units.
