Global Collaboration Meets Tight Deadline
A Worldwide Tester Deployment for a U.S.-based premium electric vehicle manufacturer

A U.S.-based premium electric vehicle manufacturer required a global deployment of four board-level testers for infotainment and connected car applications — all within an exceptionally short lead time of just 10 weeks. The challenge demanded seamless coordination across continents, from design to final on-site installation.
NOFFZ Technologies mastered this ambitious project through a globally orchestrated approach, leveraging the strengths of its international engineering network. In the United States, the team was responsible for project leadership and overall coordination. In Germany, the electrical design of the testers was carried out using E-Plan. The team in Serbia handled the fixture design as well as mechanical production. In China, the testers were produced, installed, and on-site service support was provided for the FIH and IAC factories in Vietnam.
This cross-site collaboration enabled efficient development, production, and deployment — meeting both time and quality requirements despite global distribution and complexity. Within just 10 weeks, four fully functional testers were successfully delivered and installed worldwide.
