NOFFZ supports regional Projects & Organizations
We are convinced that sustainable action is just as much a part of a modern corporate culture as social commitment.
As a company, we feel responsible for our employees, their families, and the social environment.
It is important to us to create added value for society and to contribute to the happiness of individuals. That is why NOFFZ is committed to social projects and supports various associations and organizations in the local area and internationally through donations and sponsorship.
Sponsoring associations
Sport is extremely important for maintaining good health. And we are happy to support good health! Many of our employees are active in regional sports clubs, which is why we sponsor them with contributions. In addition, we also offer discounted gym membership, whereby we cover part of the monthly fee.

Regional projects
Especially in times of crisis, when humanity and helping are particularly important, we as a company want to do our part. As long as we can, we will provide assistance to those who need support.
However, we also know that it is not always easy to accept this help from third parties. That is why we work with established regional and global institutions such as the “CVJM Rheydt – Mitte e. V.”, the “Deutsches Medikamenten-Hilfswerk action medeor e.V.” and the organizations “Aktion Deutschland Hilft” and “Back to Life e.V.”, but also locally with women’s shelters that have direct contact with people in need.
Giving Hope in DR Congo & Burundi
With our donations, we bring hope and healing to people in DR Congo and Burundi. Together with action medeor, we are strengthening healthcare, providing vital medicines, and supporting those who need it most. The project runs until October 2025 — with the prospect of continuing, so that our help can make a lasting difference.
