Identifying Defects Before Mass Production
The goal of product development is to ensure that, at the end of the development process, a safe and functional product is delivered.
The earlier errors are detected in the overall development process, the sooner they can be corrected. This not only saves the development team a great deal of follow-up work and high costs, but also helps you avoid delayed market launches, product recalls, or even warranty claims down the line.
When testing prototypes and initial small production runs, we therefore measure a wide range of parameters with high precision at an early stage and test your prototypes under environmental conditions even at this stage. We also conduct endurance tests, such as typical 3,600-hour tests and stress tests, in accordance with all relevant standards and guidelines.

You can also use our validation test setups on the same platform at a later date for your production tests. To do this, we’ll adapt the test procedures we’ve developed and our test software. Of course, it’s also easy to implement enhancements such as additional new interfaces, automated functions, specialized workflows, and appropriate system handling.
