NOFFZ Technologies was founded in 1989 and is a globally oriented family business. The headquarters of Noffz Technology GmbH is located in Toenisvorst, Germany. The company currently has nine locations worldwide with more than 200 international employees in Germany, Hungary, Serbia, Mexico, China and the USA.
We realize products and electronic components as well as turnkey and innovative test systems and automation solutions for the entire product development process.
These systems are based on our own test platform, the UTP – Universal Tester Platform.
Our solutions are established in the automotive and telecommunications industries as well as in the application areas of consumer electronics, smart home and medical technology.
This role as a Sales/Account Manager focuses on expanding NOFFZ’s presence in Eastern Europe by driving revenue growth in automotive and consumer electronics. The Sales/Account Manager will manage the sales process, identify new business opportunities, and collaborate on complex test solutions. Travel up to 50% is required, including participation in marketing activities.

Your tasks:
- Develop and execute a sales plan that focuses on growing revenue from new and existing accounts
- Identify, manage and close new business opportunities for automotive and consumer electronics automated test solutions
- Facilitate the end-to-end sales process from prospecting to closing in order to meet or exceed sales target
- Participate in development of sophisticated test solutions to complex problems by working closely with NOFFZ Pre- Sales and Project Development Teams globally
- Actively participate in marketing activities such as tradeshows, seminars, conferences
- Travel up to 50% to customer sites and NOFFZ headquarters in Germany 2-4 times per year

Your requirements:
- Highly motivated and success driven with a long- term commitment to the company’s growth and success
- Fully developed tactical solutions sales skills (prospecting, qualifying, closing and growing existing customers)
- Experience with Test & Measurement equipment and/or Electronic manufacturing processes
- Impressive ability to articulate clear concepts and solutions both written and orally (English mandatory)
- Highly advantageous to have existing relationships in automotive industry
- Minimum MSc degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, computer science or comparable training or experience in this field
