Since 2022, AKE technologies and NOFFZ Technologies GmbH have built a successful partnership that combines automation and testing technology into powerful end-to-end solutions for the automotive and e-mobility industries.
While AKE technologies develops and implements customized production systems and automation solutions, NOFFZ Technologies contributes its extensive expertise in test systems and testing technology. Through this close collaboration, integrated solutions are created that efficiently connect production and quality assurance processes.
Jointly Developed Solutions for the Automotive and E-Mobility Industries
The successful cooperation between AKE technologies and NOFFZ Technologies is demonstrated through jointly developed end-of-line testing solutions for applications in the automotive and e-mobility sectors.
Among the implemented solutions are end-of-line test applications for inverters and on-board chargers (OBCs), which are used in modern hybrid and electric vehicles. The testing technology provided by NOFFZ has been seamlessly integrated into the production systems developed by AKE, enabling reliable quality control at the end of the manufacturing process.
Depending on the application, high-voltage and low-voltage tests, functional tests, and communication tests are performed. The product only leaves the production line once all test sequences have been successfully completed. Thanks to the close technical cooperation between the two companies, customer-specific requirements—such as cybersecurity measures and safe voltage switching—have also been successfully implemented.
